You could try cardio work outs like dance cardio. I have a DVD called turbo jam and it works. Or if you like ballet, there is this thing called fluidity...it uses a ballet bar and slow movements to target specific areas with different positions. You could find fluidity at www.fluidity.com and turbo jam at www.beachbody.com and click on turbo jam.

and try this one as well... Do not diet, but eat whatever you like (except those oily foods and etc).. but not more than 3 times a day. Don't have snakes between your meals... try this out, this will help

Anything that will keep your heart rate in the fat burning zone. You can play basketball, rollerblade, martial arts, swimming. You can do anything active that will keep your heart rate up.

Walking up and down the stairs. You can also just try walking more often around your neighborhood or around your job or school. After doing it for a while, it should eventually pay off. Also dancing because if you do it with someone else, it can actually turn out to be fun.

Tae Bo is actually kind of fun hehe, how about jump roping, or shooting some hoops, dancing, speed walking, hitting/kicking a punching bag, hiking... =) Also rollerblading and swimming!

Get yourself some rollerblades, and proper padding, and hit your local bike trails. You will enjoy the outdoors, and skating is a very good cardio workout.

Forget running -- too much damage to your joints.

A brisk walk (aim for a 14-15 minute mile) every day for about 3-5 miles is perfect.

Add in some kickboxing or dancing or spinning (whatever you like) to the mix. Do your cardio workout 3 days a week.

The other 3 days should be devoted to strength training. Try Pilates and Free Weights.

I have to do cardio exercises and my doctor told me a good
brisk walk is as good as a jog, and you don't have all the foot
pounding as you do in running. as they say. Check with your
doctor first. keep motivated. Right track. Wrong speed. :-})

if you have playstation buy a dance pad and the dance dance revalution game!!! IT HELPS SOOOOOO MUCH!!!! IT MOTIVATES YOU ALOT!!! I DO IT ALL THE TIME!

Try bicycling. It's easier on the knee joints than running and will provide you with a great cardio workout. Good luck!
