Drinking water is an important nutrional treatment.

We know that you can exist by weeks without food
but without drinks we are only counting for days!

Why water is important?

If your line is in medical course, you will understand that our body is made up of cell, basically cell is important as this will build up the tissue, and the organ, and the system and way up the organismal level! ANd last you!

78% of our body is composed of water! This is supported by the fact that if we exercise more, we loss of that water through sweat! If we have polyuria, we urinate excessively!

If diarrhea and vomiting, dehydration is our main concern!
Increased fluid intake will be the therapy for this!

This is just to show that water is an important element for us to survive!
That is why it is recommended to at least drink 8 glasses of water everday!
If your capable of drinking as much of 8 glasses! it will be best and will produce more of the desirable effect!

additional info: drinking of water will make our skin looks good and not dry!

If we urinate more because of water then be proud, you are just cleansing your urinary tract!
If you want to urinate, dont avoid to urinate as this will result to some stone formation cause by some components of your urine being stored to the tract!

Drink a lot!
AND Live a happy life!

You will pee a lot at first because you are getting rid of retained water as well as the water you have taken in! As your body is now getting a regular supply of water, it doesn't 'feel the need' to store it up as much. Having said that, the more you drink, the more you will pee and vice versa. I would recommend drinking AT LEAST 0.75 to 1.0 litres of water per day. If you are exercising, or live in a hot country (lucky you) you will need to drink a considerable amount more than this. You should feel the benefit of drinking good old corporation pop within just a few days, though!

Yes, once your circulatory system and tissues get used to having the proper amount of water, you won't be peeing every 1/2 hour.

Yes. And you will be happy that you did.

Little Britches
I know a lot of people's answers so far have been yes that you will.

But, in my personal instance. I have drank lots of water all of my life. I have always preferred water over sodas, juices etc. I probably drink 10-12 8 oz. glasses of water a day and some days more depending on what I am doing.

However given that, some days I can go without using the bathroom that often and the next day I might have to pee every half hour! Who knows, it might just be me but I don't think there is any way to tell unless you try it. Water definitely can't do anything but help you!

Yes, it will take about two weeks (might be as much as three) and then you won't go much more than when you weren't drinking enough.

Yes; its like a dry plant when you first water it all the water just goes straight through!

lolly
Remember that you can actually drown your organs by drinking to much. The water can enter the blood system and start shutting things down. Scary!

Make sure you dont over do it.

Yeah definately. I started drinking the recommended 8 glasses a day and kept running to the loo, i still go alot but definately not as much. Your weeing out toxins though so its all good.

Drink as much water as your body desire. Don't drink less. But also don't just try filling up more than you need, it's not healthy either. Regarding using toilet. Just don't hold it up for long, it's not healthy either.

If you drink 1-2 litres throughout the day, you'll get used to it, but don't drink a whole lot at once - best to space it out.
