Treat Poison Sumac

Poison Sumac is by far one of the most disturbing and annoying works of Mother Nature. I just had the pleasure of contacting it about 5 weeks ago and just yesterday did i get rid of it. But id likes to share how you can get rid of it in no less than 2 weeks.

Steps
  1. The moment you think you’ve contacted the sumac, TAKE A SHOWER with cold water, the cold water closes your pores and doesn’t let the sumac spread as easily. Hot water will only increase irritation and make your pores open. DO NOT TOUCH YOUR EYES, YOU WILL REGRET IT. Whatever you do just don’t scratch or touch your eyes, it will make them swell up like a balloon.
  2. If you have the time, go for the longest, sweatiest run of your life. This will help to get the sumac out of your system and leave your body, make sure to take another shower or the sumac will remain on your skin.
  3. When you get out of the shower, dry off and immediately wash the towel so it doesn’t contact anything else. That towel is off limits. Unfortunately, you’ll have to do this for the next week or so with everything. Everything that you have touched has to be cleaned!!!
  4. When you’re out of the shower, you want to dry your skin with calamine lotion or something similar.
  5. If you live next to the ocean, go into the salt water for as long as you can, the salt water dries and cleans your skin. It's possibly the most effective thing to do. If you don’t have an ocean, go to a pool with chlorine and bath in that for at least an hour.
  6. Continue to run and sweat and shower and go in salt water. At nights, just load up on calamine, not only will it dry your skin, but it will help you not to itch, if there is lotion on your skin.
  7. If you don’t see improvements in a week, just go to the doctor and get a shot. You will be so happy you did.
  8. If you continue to do all this daily, the sumac will go away, remember to wash your clothes and stuff.

Tips
  • DON'T SCRATCH.
  • Wash everything!
  • Don’t touch your eyes
  • Bath in salt water or chlorine
