Sun poisoning can happen to anyone at any age. Taking proper care of your skin with sun block/lotion is the key to protecting the skin from a number of different skin problems including sun poisoning.


Steps

1. Stay out of the sun! Sun poisoning symptoms usually go away on their own within 7-10 days. This is to treat the aftermath sun spotting that may occur.
2. Get some Vitamin E Oil (not lotion). Apply the oil morning and night. The more you use it the faster the results will be. Its good to use on the affected area and wherever else you have skin.
