Get Rid of White Spots on the Skin Due to Sun Poisoning

Sun poisoning can happen to anyone at any age. Taking proper care of your skin with sun block/lotion is the key to protecting the skin from a number of different skin problems including sun poisoning.


Steps
  1. Stay out of the sun! Sun poisoning symptoms usually go away on their own within 7-10 days. This is to treat the aftermath sun spotting that may occur.
  2. Get some Vitamin E Oil (not lotion). Apply the oil morning and night. The more you use it the faster the results will be. Its good to use on the affected area and wherever else you have skin. It will only raise your level in other areas to help prevent this from happening again. When you see the spots have disappeared, you can start to use the oil sparingly.
  3. Keep up the treatments during your first years sunny outings. It will cure any residuals spots (under the skin) you didn't see and protect you in the future.



Tips
  • Using Vitamin E Oil in general helps you to get that golden tan faster (and more evenly) without severe skin damage.
  • Get some suntan lotion/block That Protects against UVA & UVB rays with Vit E
  • Taking multi vitamins orally can also keep skin healthy.
  • Your Pharmacist can be very helpful in not only showing you which Oil to get but also giving his own opinion of the condition.
