Help Make Cellulite Less Visible

Tired of this orange-peel-like-skin on your thighs, buttocks and/or lower tummy. Yeah, me too :-). So follow me for an easy homemade recipe that may help see your thighs in a whole new light! Steps
- Start with the salt and put it in the oil until it dissolves. You may want to stir or shake in a bottle. Add coffee: also shake or stir. Finally, finely chop the mint leaves and add them to the mixture.
- Shake, shake, shake and leave it in the sunlight whenever possible. This makes the oil more fluid (less dense) and the ingredients dissolve better.
- Before applying the mixture on your thighs, make sure these ones are wet: you can rub them with a washcloth or a loofah mitt, or better after a shower when your skin is fresh and "breathes". Apply the ointment gently and massage for 5 to 10 min, making circular shapes. You may want to cover your tighs afterward to keep them warm. You can repeat this method twice a week.
Tips
- The salt gets rid of the dead skin and absorbs moisture
- Coffee is the key because it exfoliates dead-looking skin. It has to be caffeinated coffee!!!
- Mint is fresh and soothes the muscles
Warnings
- Cellulite can never be definitively removed. It is a skin problem rather than a fat problem. 85% of women have cellulite. This is how their body is built, unfortunately... This is just a handy recipe that helps in some cases.
- Remember - purification is the keyword in fighting cellulite, not weight-loss.
