Make Your Cheeks Less Red Without Makeup

Sometimes you get red in spots which aren't very flattering, but have no fear. There's lots you can do to help.


Steps
  1. Use sunscreen lotion with aloe (only hypoallergenic lotions).
  2. Consider that allergies could be the source of the redness; test out the types of foods you eat regularly and see if any of them cause redness.
  3. Soap and water will dry out your skin. Use a gentle face cleanser and pat dry.
  4. Stay cool. If you are too hot then you will become as red as a strawberry.
  5. Spicy foods only make your skin more red. Stay away from Tabasco, chilies and other very spicy foods (hot curries etc.).



Tips
  • Don't use really cheap products. They can dry out your skin and leave it really red.
  • Try not to scrub your skin, it can irritate the skin for long periods of time.
  • If the problem persists, see a dermatologist.
  • Don't use too many different products on your face; it can cause irritation.



Warnings
  • A very red face may be the signs of a serious disease.
