Sometimes you get red in spots which aren't very flattering, but have no fear. There's lots you can do to help.
Steps
- Use sunscreen lotion with aloe (only hypoallergenic lotions).
- Consider that allergies could be the source of the redness; test out the types of foods you eat regularly and see if any of them cause redness.
- Soap and water will dry out your skin. Use a gentle face cleanser and pat dry.
- Stay cool. If you are too hot then you will become as red as a strawberry.
- Spicy foods only make your skin more red. Stay away from Tabasco, chilies and other very spicy foods (hot curries etc.).
Tips

- Try not to scrub your skin, it can irritate the skin for long periods of time.
- If the problem persists, see a dermatologist.
- Don't use too many different products on your face; it can cause irritation.
