Scratch Your Back

All of us feel the urge to scratch our back but some of us may not know how to reach there and wish that someone would do it for us. With the technique outlined here, you can be the master of your itch.


Steps
  1. Go home or go to another area of your locale, which has a kitchen.
  2. Enter the kitchen.
  3. Find the drawer in which silverware is kept.
  4. Open the silverware drawer.
  5. Remove a spoon.
  6. Hold the spoon in your right hand.
  7. Extend your arm up towards the ceiling if you are inside. Use the sky as your guide if you are out-of-doors.
  8. Bend your elbow, such that your forearm reaches behind you.
  9. Lower your forearm, letting the end of the spoon touch your back.
  10. Explore your posterior tissue, using the bowl of the spoon to find that irksome area which is so very itchy.
  11. Rub that area. You have just scratched your back and the itch ought to disappear. Congratulations. If you want a trickier, more difficult method, try one of the following alternatives.

  • Prevention is better; take daily baths and change clothes.
