Twice. (it's noon) I'm a fanatic. At least six times a day. Read an article years ago, whenever you feel like a cigarette brush your teeth (I haven't smoked in years and years). It works. I didn't go to a dentist in 13 years and when I finally did I had no cavities and he said my teeth were great. |

My dentist scolded me after my teeth cleaning. She said to brush my teeth after every meal. So, I follow her strict advice and next time, she will be glad I have cleaner teeth. Today I had two meals, so I brushed my teeth twice. I eat by batch by the way and no in betweens.
I have read some answers, YUCK to them all.
Could they not mind bad breath. I am disgusted with someone who has a stinky breath. EEW. |
