cut out cola's, eat wheat not white bread and yes exercise(walking seems to be the easiest). also...cut down on candy!!

It is not good to loose that much weight in that little bit of time. However, if you intake a lot of sugars and carbs cut it out of your diet immediately. I lost 20-25lbs in about 3 to 4 months by switching from just pop to Propel Fitness Water. To date with cut out a lot of my sugars and watching my carbs I have lost about 50lbs in about 15 months

I don't think it is possible to do it safety but what you need to do is set reasonable goals for yourself. I believe that you are beautiful what ever you weight the trick is you must believe it too

start counting your caloric intake. Try to keep it at 1200 per day. Limit dairy and sugar intake, eating fruits & veg. That along with good cardio exercise. You can definitely do 5 lbs a week!

totally stop eating except for one meal and day, dinner, and don't eat very much. Drink plenty of water. It worked for me. I lost ten pounds in one week. hope that helps

This worked for me:

I drank 8 oz of water every three hours from 6am to 9pm every day.

I drank 2-4 bottles of ISOPURE liquid protein (available at GNC) each day in lieu of hard food- depending on how often I was hungry throughout the day and evening- hunger pain- drink a few gulps. It comes in many flavors the grape and orange are okay- the red flavor is like a slightly watered down fruit punch flavor. This is what gastric bypass patients are made to drink to obtain the protein they need while readjusting to smaller portion sizes.

I also took the following vitamins and natural supplements.

A complete multvitamin/multimineral like Centrum or Equate Complete multivitamin from Walmart. (2 twice a day- morning and afternoon)

Tonalin CLA pills (conjugated linoleic acid)- (2 twice a day- morning and afternoon)

Psyllium Husk Fiber pills- 2 every four hours or so- wards off hunger

Green Tea Extract pills- 2 twice a day

Biotin pills- 1 twice a day

Cinnamon pills- 1 twice a day helps regulate your blood sugar while you are off hard food

This combination of water, supplements, protein and fiber provides your body with the necessities it needs to run smoothly.
Caution- you will use the bathroom often :)

No work out required- but if you do- you'll drop more.
Dropped 5 lbs per week.

If you follow that to a tee, you will loose that and maybe more. I have gone from a size 22 to a 12, however that was in 1.5 years, but I also, went on and off this program. It not only shows you how to loose weight and inches, but it teaches you how to really BE HEALTHY and smaller.

dont consume any sugar or carbs, absolutely none! try to fit 30 minutes of cardio into your day. that is a short term solution - good carbs like brown rice, whole wheat bread etc. are good for you, but not if you need immediate weight loss. eat lots of protein like chicken and fish, and consume lots of vegetables.

hey try eating healthy for like a week and cut most of the sugar and bad cholesterol from ur diet. like for lunch have a salad and juice or whatever. whatever u do, DO NOT STOP EATING COMPLETELY. cuz u can get anorexia and be sick and u will regret it all. oh and also excerise your muscles and around your stomache. do an activity where u do as much situps as you can in only a minute. try that everyday. and try like joggin on the spot or whatever. make sure u eat ur fruits and veggies! (lmao i sound like my mom hehe). yea i hope that helped.

if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

Don't eat anything. Cut off your leg. Run a 3 minute mile for a week straight. I hear the drugs the doctor gives you after you're resuscitated are good for weight loss.
