i eat 4-6 times a day small meals to keep my metabolism high. i also exercise for the same reason.
when you eat only 2-3 times a day your body stores calories in fat because it thinks its not gona get any more soon enough and also slows down metabolism.

I know I don't eat very healthy. They say you should eat at least 3 times a day. I eat some day twice and sometimes only once at suppertime. Also the doctor told me once it is healthier to eat 6 small meals instead of 3 large ones.

I usually eat 4/5 times a day . Hate eating big meals so stick to light meals and try to be healthy . (notice I said try lol ) . Also drink loads of water .

Well I eat breakfast, then a few hours before lunch i eat a yogurt or something. I eat lunch, then between that and dinner i eat a snack. Basically, i eat about five times a day!!!
