That's plenty bother. Just make sure you're not scrubbing hard. You want to be gentle when you brush.

Ideally everyone should brush after each time they eat and before bed. And floss daily.

At least two (when you wake up, and go to bed). My mom is a dental assistant, and six is considered "over brushing" and can be bad for your gums. The normal recommendation is 2-4 times a day. Mouth wash after brushing also helps a LOT.

at least two at most probably 4 but you should wait 30 to 60 min. after eating before brushing because your enamel is still weak from acids in some food. by then the acids will have cleared and you're enamel will have re-hardened.

Shanutzeh
Normally 2 times but 3 if you want to take good care of them. 6 is a bit overboard.

Atleast 2, but I'm around four. I'm very protective of my teeth, and I take good care of them and it's paid off.

Ritz
You should brush your teeth atleast twice a day. Once in the morning after breakfast and once at night before going to bed. For more articles on dental heath, you can visit www.identalhub.com

6 is too many...2 is good but 3 is better. No more than that I would think because more than that wears the enamel off the teeth and therefore no white teeth. But 2 is good for 3 minutes, but if you have something for like lunch that would cause food to get caught or it's sticky and nasty or something, take a travel toothbrush with you and stop in the bathroom and brush. Make sure you floss and rinse with listerine or something too. Hydrogen peroxide is good to use about once a month too to debris your mouth, that's good (1 part water, 1 part hydrogen peroxide. Don't over use this, just once a month or so because it wear gum line out if used too often)
