Deal With HPPD

Hallucinogen persisting perception (HPPD), is a temporary/permanent disorder that occurs after either having a bad trip on hallucinogenic drugs, or having too many of them. The subject experiences visual distortions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It usually declines over time.


Steps
  1. Meditate, meditate, and meditate. It's an imbalance of chemicals in your brain that distorts what you really are seeing. Reading, writing, meditating, and anything that "exercises" your brain will help
  2. Take walks in nature (avoid them at night, seeing as to how in the dark HPPD is worse).
  3. Eat healthily (vitamins, honey, fruit, salad, etc.).
  4. Exercise; you should do anything that will help you feel better as a person. In return your brain will be healing.
  5. If you do any drugs, stop and stop now. If you are serious about ever seeing things the way you used to, clean up your act.
  6. Hang out with your "better" group of friends. Leave the druggies to throw their lives away.



Warnings
  • Smoking marijuana will cause you to trip out like crazy. The visuals get intense when you're high.
