I use to be an insomniac and i tried several methods to get some sleep during the night you can go with the language software and be bored to death until you fall asleep or a better alternative is listening to some melodic blues like Thelonius Monk or muddy waters, or if your not into blues try jazz or r&b anything smooth that will relax the body is usually a good choice. Good luck.
