Im 13 and i want to quit smoking?

i suggest is to get new hobbies that would prevent you from thinking of smoking

maybe your mom should quit smoking.that way you can't rip them off from your mothers purse.

Talk to your school. In California, they have a smokeless program. Let them know that you want to remain confidential. Also you could talk to your family physician. They might be able to help you obtain some smoking cessation items that you would not be able to purchase due to your age. Again make sure you can confidentially do so depending on the laws in your state.

It also sounds like you may be just mentally addicted. You only smoke 3 cigs. a night. Try to challange yourself to quit. Find something you can achieve by quiting smoking, and I mean not just quiting. What can you strive for?

Gum or something else to keep your mouth chewing or doing something during the time that you normally smoke at night and do that every night until you no longer have the urge to smoke. :]

why did you start smoking in the first place? Do Yoga. It will divert your attention and at the same time reduce the craving for cigarettes. It will make you health and fitness conscious so that you start abhoring what is unhealthy. The same advantage can be achieved through going to a gym. You will make new friends who are health conscious and the company of good friends changes you for the good. Seeing their muscles and body development, slowly you would be dragged into leaving all those habits which are not good for the health of yourself and those around you. Decide today and join a health club and don't come out of the club until three hours. If you can stop for three hours you can stop for three days, and thee months, and 3 years. with best wishes.
