haha don't judge a book by its cover! also remember that really white teeth is a cosmetic trend right now. if it bothers you to the point where you're scared for their health, maybe after you've known each other for awhile you can suggest teeth whitening strips! or make a pact to do them together! they aren't expensive and work pretty well

Did you know that, if you are given certain antibiotics at the age of 4, your permanent teeth will come in yellowish-grey? It's true! The antibiotic makes it difficult for the teeth to absorb calcium.
This particular antibiotic is no longer given to young children, but it took two generations before dentists figured out what was happening.
The moral of this story: it could easily have happened to anyone. Don't judge by appearances.
