You can try 2 ways..
1) Crest White Strips.
These make your teeth white :P
And another way, which I use..
2) A toothpaste called "Natural White" which contains baking soda which make the teeth "white".
Brush twice daily, to make your teeth white.

At the Dollar Tree, they have something called "Natural White" it says something on it about how it whitens in 5 minutes. Leave it on for 20 lol. Unless it burns then TAKE IT OUT IMMEDIATELY.

Brushing your teeth with Whitening Tooth Paste will slowly, but surely, whiten your teeth.
Its not an overnight effect like whitening strips, but it won't damage your enamel lining either.

I've heard Crest strips work great. Baking soda works, but I've heard that it wears out your teeths natural, protective enamel, so I'd advised not using it too much. Less enamel means more cavitities.

brush your teeth with white salt, you will love the effects, i promise. oh and floss ur teeth everyday that really whitens them too, i was so surprised because i started flossing to strengthen my gums but my teeth got sooooo white so fast. now people always comment on my smile. they ask me how often i bleach my teeth or if i did zoom whitening. when i was younger like in high school my teeth were pretty yellow despite daily brushing and whitening toothpaste. i just assumed it was the natural color of my teeth. but when i started flossing brushing with salt it made an amazing difference. oh yeah also very seldomly i brush with mild white soap like dove or ivory. i keep the bottom of my tongue pressed against my teeth so i dont taste it. its such an obvious difference, try all 3 and let me know how it worked for you. oh yeah, if they're brown they prolly wont get white, but much less brown im sure

well, first start brushing your teeth twice a day, once in the morning to get rid of all the bacteria (from overnight) and once at night to get rid of all of the sugars from the day.
every time you brush your teeth brush for 2 minutes and if you can.. get an electric toothbrush, crest and collgate make ones that are disposable and about 4 dollars. this will help break down the stains.
before brushing get alittle baking soda and dip a wet toothbrush into it, then brush that on your teeth (it works kind of like a scrub) this is gentle enough to do everyday (maybe 3 times a week) but it lacks floride which is good for your teeth. so i wouldnt recomend only using baking soda.. try use a whiting toothpaste the rest of the time... preferably one with "baking soda and peroxide" they work the best.
also try to find out whats causing your teeth to be like this?
do you drink coffee alot? smoke? anything that can cause your teeth to stain? try to cut back on it alittle and that might help.
and if you have alittle extra money i would try a whitening kit, crest white strips are the best but cvs brand works really good too. maybe try crest simply white.
i also herd that eating strawberries helps whiten teeth. =]
