cheapest option is probably an acrylic denture, cant really advise on best option without seeing your mouth, but you may have a few options, eg possibly suitable for an implant (£2000 approx) Fixed bridge (crown on tooth next to gap with false tooth attatch £200 approx) or a Maryland bridge (false tooth with metal wing that attatches to tooth as side of gap £150approx) your dentist will advise you on cost and possible options suitable for yourself, but a bridge or implant would be good as its not something you would take out at night

Travel to Czech Republic or Hungary.Dentists in this region are really good and charge very little compared to other parts of the world.A crown or bridge in CZ is unlikely to cost more than $100

Which do you want? The best, or the cheapest?

Depends on which tooth is missing and the condition of the surrounding teeth.

Implant is one option, bridge, or partial denture...

See a dentist and ask for options.

Eastern Europe? Have seen some very poor dentistry done there. There's no consistancy and very little regulation. I'm sure there are a few fine dentists in these places, but I'd rather not take chances with my mouth. What happens if you go there and get something done and it fails in one year?

The best--implant (if you have adequate bone levels to support one)
Also good--a fixed bridge which involves the teeth on either side of the space and is cemented in place (permanent)
Cheapest--snap partial (or flipper) which snaps into place (removable but it depends on the missing tooth as to if this would be an option or not for you)
