Drinking lots of water will help in preventing ulcers.
When having ulcers, this is what i do, which is pain but quick:
Poke and squeeze the ulcer until it burst and blood comes out.
This way, your ulcer will be gone, but mind you, it will be painful for a few moments after squeezing.

theres a tube of paste u can get from pharmacy with difficult name adcortyl in orabase, its about £4, u put the paste over the ulcer and it seals it so it doesnt hurt and also its a mild steroid so it heals it quicker, its the only product that will heal it.
if u get ulcers often u should look at whats causing them maybe a vitamin deficiency

Well i don't know bout healing them everyone else has answered that but from looking at all the answer salt seems to be the best. But if your getting a lot of ulsers then i would surgest you go to your doctor and get it checked out. someone i know gets lots of ulsers and she found out that she was allergic to wheet so i would get it checked out

try using Colgate Savacol. it's supposed to cure ulcers faster.

salt. wet your finger dab it in some salt and rub on the ulcer, hurts like hell, tastes vile but i guarantee it works.

well i usally just dap my finger in salt and then place it on there, my eyes are always teary after but doesnt really work that well so try squeasing it untill it burst also hurts alot but works alot better
