Quickly Treat a Cut or Bleeding Scrape

There are times, when you get a cut or scrape and do not have instant access to a sanitary place where it can be conveniently washed and cleaned.

Steps
  1. Try to rinse the cut with water, if you have access to it. This will remove pieces of foreign material and dirt.
  2. Rub the cut with a quality hand sanitizer or alcohol swab.
  3. Endure the intense stinging that will follow. The sanitizer/alcohol will quickly disinfect the cut until it can be treated later
  4. Rinse the cut one more time to remove dead bacteria.
