Deal With Angina Pain

Angina is a serious heart condition. It can affect one in fifty people. Here is some information that is useful to help you stop angina pain.


Steps
  1. Give up smoking for good. It can be very difficult, but you should.
  2. Try to lose weight.
  3. Eat a low-fat, high-fibre diet, rich in fruits and vegetables.
  4. As part of your diet, try to eat oily fish, such as sardines and salmon and eat these foods once a week.
  5. Cut down on alcohol and drink only in moderation.
  6. Excercise on a regular basis. Try excercises such as brisk walking, swimming or cycling.
  7. Reduce your stress levels. Try doing things that can help your relax such as yoga.
  8. Visit your doctor and have him or her check your blood pressure on a regular basis, also it is always a good idea to check your cholesterol levels as well.

  • If these tips don't work and you have severe chest pains, go to a hospital immediately!
  • Follow doctor's orders. Your medical provider will design a treatment plan for you. Follow it.
