Improving your eyesight takes dedication. There are certain exercises to achieve this goal.


Steps
  1. First, you need to make sure that you eat a lot of carrots. Don't eat too much, or you will get an orange tint to your skin that looks like a really bad tan.
  2. Grab a sharp pencil and bring it closer to your nose while trying to keep it single for as long as possible. This should help you with converging, focusing, etc.

  • Try to avoid reading, watching TV, or using the computer in the dark.

  • Don't overdose on vitamins or any dietary supplement that claims they help your vision.
