You may know which is your dominant hand. But do you know which of your eyes is dominant. This how-to will explain how to tell which of your eyes is dominant.
Steps
- Hold your arms out in front of you.
- Make a triangle by overlapping the space between index finger and thumb with the same space on your opposite hand. Make the side lengths about between half an inch and an inch. You don't have to be too precise.
- Look at an object that is at a distance through the triangle made by your hands, preferably something round like a door knob.
- Focus on the object and not your hands.
- Now close one of your eyes. If you still see the object with your left eye open you are left eyed. If you still see the object with your right eye open you are right eyed.
