What relieves snoring if the breathe right strips don't work?
This might seem a bit off the wall but for some some strange reason, my husband quit snoring within 24 hours after going on a low carb diet. Before that, I had to wear earplugs at nite for 12 years. We were on the diet for 2 years and then when we went back to consuming carbs(sugar), back came the snoring. See if this will help you too.

you might want to see a doctor u may need a sleep study.. and a bipap machine

If your overweight, have lack of sleep or are drunk your more likely someone who snores.

Sleeping on your side, or sometimes stress and lack of sleep causes heavy snoring. Or it could be something like sleep apnea, where the only remedy would be to use a cPAP machine to force airways open at night, or losing weight can also reduce the tissue on the tongue base and throat muscles.

You and my wife are in the same boat. Trust me it is terrible for the person that has to listen to it. What I recommend is going to an ENT and seeing if you have poor nasal drainage that might be irriating your troat or chest.
