look into acculazer. my dad smoked since he was 10 he is 72 now he quit 3 years ago with one treatment. when he was growing up doctors prescribed cigarettes for hyper activity in children. so they prescribed him cigarettes. it is a cold lazer treatment that works. you have to be ready to quit or it is a waste of money.

you take it, and it makes cigarettes taste terrible.
i used it when i quit smoking, and i smoked for 20 years.
it is an amazing product.

date someone who is extremely anti-smoking. worked for me. he let me smoke if i really wanted to but if i did i knew he was sad and disappointed in me. hands down, his love and happiness is more important than smoking, which i am fully over (quit a year ago--yay me!)
