Can my friend use my inhaler a few times, although he does have astma (read more detail to see what for)?

An inhaler releases aerosol particles which are microscopic in size. The medicine that is effective is between .5 and 5 microns in diameter.Very small. There is nothing REMOTELY like smoke in an inhaler! It is just medicine and propellant! Your friend is dealing with a major psychological addiction! There is never a good reason to misuse medications!

oh i see when you puff it the medicine comes out in a smokey haze, you can let him but when it runs out and you need it, you can't blame him and plus its damaging to your lungs so he's hurting himself by doing it

I'm not sure how he will make smoke with an inhaler, but they do contain flammable materials so don't let him light the vapors that are released when the inhaler is pressed. If you mean he wants to use it to prevent lung irritation after smoking tobacco or cannabis, tell him that he needs to see a doctor for that as inhalers can contain many different drugs that are not safe for everyone to use. In any event tell him it is a medical device to deliver medicine that is by law only allowed to be you. If he thinks he has asthma, he needs to see a doctor. County health services often have a free or at leas very cheap clinic if need be. Regards, TheGanjaGuru, http://theganjaguru.blogspot.com

its yours so you make that disition but it uses up the inhaler alot faster and you may not have it when you need it
