You probably burst your ear drum. Go see an ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat dr) I'm guessing your ear hurts. An ENT should be able to help you.

Let's assume for the moment that blood from your ear - or maybe your brain - isn't normal for you. So this is something unuusual.
Blood is supposed to be inside veins and arteries. When it is outside of veins and arteries, it's almost always a sign that something is wrong. Sometimes something small, like a cut or a scrape - sometimes something huge, like an internal hemmorhage.
Bleeding on the inside is almost always more serious than bleeding on the outside.
So yup - I would definitely say it's something to worry about. And if you decide not to do anything about it - at least write down your screen name and password, so the folks who come in to clean out your stuff after you've died can close out your accounts.

did you stick something in your ear? you may have punctured your ear drum...if not, it could be something potentially more serious. if there is a lot of blood, if it continues to bleed (even off and on) or if you have ringing or hearing loss in that ear get it checked out!!
