I broke my toe and now it looks weird, what do I do?
I broke one of my middle toes and the bone is sticking out (not through the skin) and it hurts to wear some of my dress shoes. This happened like a month ago, but at the time I was not sure if it was broke or not it just hurt alot. Now I can't move it much and it feels weird and there is a big bump on the side where the bone is sticking out. Is it too late to fix that? This is the second time I have broken a toe (different toes) on the same foot!
It may be too late to "fix" the toe especially after waiting a month. You should go to a doctor to see if it can be re-set into place. You may want to do this soon to prevent possible infections that may be beneath the skin. It may be that the toe will not be able to be re-set, because toes tend to need to be tied to the next toe, and there might not be enough room to do that.

its not too late! and it may not be completely broken.. you need to go see a doctor before the bones fuse together and you're toe is stuck like that forever! The doctor will probably have to put a pin in it.. if you try to push it back in the other direction you may fracture it and then it will be even more painful.

I think you have waited too long, best you go to your Doctor, the end result, my guess your toe will have to be broken and a splint or cast if you like the word better. That will straighten and cure your hurt in due time of course. Not overnight.
