Do I have a concussion?
Okay, last night my nieces and nephews and I were playing Tin Can Alley. My oldest nephew and I collided heads and I ended up laying on my back on the ground. I was super dizzy and my vision was gone in my left eye (the side we hit on). I got up after a few minutes and we came inside and I fell asleep (which is strange because I normally do not get to sleep until like 5 in the morning and it was only 11 pm), but this morning I woke up with a bad headache and dark vision in my left eye. My balance is really bad as is my coordination and I am talking a bit slow. I noticed a few minutes ago that my left pupil is much larger than my right. Should I go to the hospital? or will this go away on it's own? I reeeeeaaaaaally don't want to go to the doc. My nephew feels fine he didn't get hurt.

Go to a hospital now! You have a concussion, dude. Seriously. RIGHT NOW! You should have gone when you got hit in the head.

Nissy
Definitely go to the doctor. The pupils dont lie. From what I know, one pupil being bigger than the other usually indicates either a stroke, drugs, or a head injury. In your case it most likely was a head injury. Since you are also experiencing other symptoms, then it's a good idea to get it checked out just in case. It wont hurt you to go to the doctor, but it might if you decide not to. Good luck.
