Remove a Tongue Stuck on Frozen Metal

Have you ever been unfortunate enough to get your tongue stuck on metal and have it freeze there? Without asking questions why this has even happened to you, here is what you can do.

Steps
  1. Try to use your free hands to grab your tongue. Breathe in deeply and let the hot air move out repeatedly until your tongue becomes unstuck.
  2. Try to use water warm water on the tongue and metal.
  3. Try to twist your tongue and pull it out; hopefully this will cause your tongue to become unstuck.
  4. Try to push your tongue away from the metal as much as possible. Then cuff your hands around your mouth and breathe deeply - eventually your tongue will become unstuck.

Tips
  • Don't even put your tongue on metal in freezing weather in the first place! Try having warm water nearby if you must do this for a bet or whatever and have a friend nearby to help you.

Warnings
  • Pulling your tongue from frozen metal really hurts - don't try it!
  • Remember - think really hard about even placing your tongue in this situation in the first place!
