Does hypoglycemia turn into diabetes eventually?
I'm 17 and I get spells of very low blood sugar. I get very close to passing out regularly, but I've usually been able to prevent it by laying down and getting some fresh air. I vomit a lot because of this. It's not that I haven't eaten in all that long, but it usually happens not too long after I wake up or when I've been eating really healthy foods. I passed out yesterday, I don't have the flu or any illness and I'd eaten pancakes with syrup for breakfast so it's not like my blood sugar was supposed to be low. 3 days ago I was like this when I got up but I ate some pudding and felt better. I eat a lot of sugary things but I'm at a very healthy weight (110 pounds, 5'5"). I am unable to gain weight. I get very very thirsty sometimes but I don't think it's the diabetic kind because then I go back to the low blood sugar thing. Then I'm not thirsty, I just get very nauseous regularly and my face gets all tingly and I start shaking and my vision gets weird. My vision gets blurry sometimes too, I got my eyes checked recently and I got glasses but it isn't the same kind of blurry, it's just like there's a cloud over my eyes. I get even thirstier when I drink things, when I am thirsty. Could this possibly turn into diabetes eventually? I'm sick of getting so nauseous and light headed and vomiting and dry heaving all the time.

No. hypoglycemia is the OPPOSITE of diabetes. BUT - - - people with diabetes WHO ARE UNDER TREATMENT will of get "hypoglycemic attacks" if they do not take their medicine properly and do not eat properly. for answer to ALL your question, you NEED to call your doctor.

Hypoglycemia does not turn into diabetes. It does often affect people with diabetes as a symptom, but there are other factors that can cause low blood sugar in people without diabetes. I'd suggest getting tested for diabetes, just to be sure. Also, consult your doctor about what else could be causing your low blood sugar. Hypoglycemia isn't a disease itself; rather, it's usually a symptom of something else.
