 Ive had my right eye twitch now for the past two weeks.....help!!!?
does any one know what causes this and how i can make it stop? it doesn't hurt, but it is extremely irratating and distracting me at work....
blinking makes it worse..... im so frustrated!!!...


 Is there anything I should know when I get contacts?
any concerns.......or something?????...


 Should I remove my contact lens when I jog or during workout?
I had no idea about this, so just wanted to verify....


 What happens if you don't blink for long periods of time?
I assume your eyes dry up but does the drying up cause any immediate or lasting damage?
I'm not planning on trying this out by the way. I like my eyes too much....

You should only use the solution you optician recommends. They know your eyes. Stick with their recommendations and you'll be fine. They can check to see that you're not getting any unwanted side effects/reactions to the solution.

I agree with the Opti-free Repelenish. The advertising claims to recondition the lens to make them hold more water, there by making them more comfortable over the day in your eye. I have found this to be true, and when I have tried a hydrogen peroxide cleanser as my over-night solution, I really noticed they weren't as comfortable the next day as when "reconditioned" by the Opti-free Replenish.

I have found the lowest prices on Replenish at Target, Costco and Walmart.

Opti-Free works really well. It's pretty common and comes in a green box. My eye doc recommends it.
