THYROID ISSUE: I have thyroiditis and am waiting for my TSH to come back to normal. Is it true that if the TSH?
is off by like 1 or something that it will really affect how the person feels? For example, my TSH was last tested for 0.41. My normal TSH is usually around 2.4. I take that to mean I will feel much better when it is back around 2.4. If I get my lab tests back today and it says it's like 1.1, will I really feel a noticeable difference when it finally gets back in the 2 range? I am still pretty lethargic and exhausted.

Dr. Adil
your TSH is low it means your blood levels of T3 and T4 are high. you have hyperthyroidism . if it is because of thyroiditis of autoimmune nature or what ever it needs proper treatment and care. you can't treat it by yourself visit doctor. it is treatable with medicines. so don't worry.. visit http://adilclinic.blogspot.com/2010/10/thyroid-diseases-brief-understandable.html for more information on thyroid diseases and their effects. you can ask more from me if you want to.. regards
