The bump is on my lip and over the past few weeks it has been getting bigger and bigger. Also, I have little white and red things on my tong and every time I brush my teeth my tong starts bleeding.

You could have a cold sore, or an cancor sore. There are many different over the counter remedies for both these different ailments. I am guessing that perhaps you have been poking & prodding both of these?? That does not help the healing process... Try rinsing with salt water to start...

maybe go see your doctor but it sounds like what i had a few weeks ago i had some sour war head lollies and i got a reaction from them some lollies do that apparently anyway my tongue felt like it was burning and there was the same sort of bumps and i got a mouth ulcer and when i brushed my teeth it burnt worse so i avoided doing anything for a couple of days to my mouth that might cause it to get worse and the pain went and the bumps

This is probably not oral cancer though? Most likely thrush (yeast infection), herpes cold sores or another mouth or throat infection of some type. Whatever it is it probably needs antibiotics to go away but I'd be surprised if it was cancer.

I cannot believe you have that problem and are so dumb as to not seek a doctor's opinon. WHAT are you waiting for? You might just have an infection of some type..but why are you asking us and not seeing a professional about it. ANYTIME there is blood and soreness....you seek help

A persistent bump or sore on the lip can be a symptom of oral cancer, but the odds are that what you've got is something far less serious. I don't know how old you are, but most oral cancer appears in people over 40 years old and they usually have a history of high levels of tobacco or alcohol abuse over many years.
If you have pustules on your tongue and a sore throat, these symptoms suggest you have some sort of infection.
Since you say this has been developing for weeks, that suggests that, whatever it is you have, it's not a "self limiting" condition which your body has been able to sort out without assistance. You really should see a doctor about this as soon as you can.
