Cut a piece of aloe vera and simmer to make a quart of tea.It tastes nasty, but if it doesn't kill you, it'll cure you.Drink as much of it as you can then put the rest in the fridge for later.Stay near the bathroom, as it has a somewhat emetic effect. |

boil some hot water and squeeze 3 lemons into the boiling water. Drink it as hot as you can with honey or sugar. This will help alot. Its works exacly like theraflu teas. Try it and you'll thank me later |

Emergen-C is an over-the-counter multivitamin that can kick a lot out of your system quick.
Purely homemade: chicken broth and lots of fluids could possibly help |

drink hot water and lots of orange juice and snuggle up in bed baby, sorry you just have to wait it out!! Your nose will clear a bit if you fill your bathroom sink with hot water, lean over it, and make a tent over your head with a towel so you can breath it all in for a few minutes.
If it doesn't start to clear up in a couple of days you might really have a sinus infection rather than a flu virus.
Take care, I feel for ya!! Go to bed!!! |

There is no cure for the flu, get lots of rest, take medicine for sinus, that will clear up the pressure because you probibly have sinus congestion and not the flu.
Take a hot bath and have soup. The most important thing is to rest. |

My Grandma's method:
Campbell's chicken noodle soup, lots of fluids, water or sports drink to rehydrate you. Sleep as much as you can if you wake up with the sweats, take a shower, replace your bed linen, and repeat.
My Grandpa's method:
A shot of whiskey or liquor, heating blanket, and Campbell's soup an water. Stay in bed, never change the sheets just switch sides!
Hey, They are still alive at 80 something so something must have worked! |
