They seem to be infected if they do not get any better soon they may have to be removed. |

It sounds like your daughter probably has tonsillitis . If she is old enough to gargle without swallowing, she could gargle with warm salt water. Hot tea and honey are soothing as well but antibiotics are usually warranted. |

When my son was small the had inflamed tonsils often. Someone suggested draining them. I did about 5 times, than he stopped having them swell.
Draining the tonsils is done by putting your (medical) gloved finger along the side of the mouth (to prevent gagging) to the tonsil, than lightly pressing downward 2-3 times, per side. Do it daily if needed.
I found that after a few days of doing this it was a month, than six months, than a year. Now he is about 18 and has never had his tonsil that swollen again.
Check to make sure it's not strep, as it can lead to many worse problems.
Boost the immune system with garlic if possible. |

This sounds really disgusting, but the white spots/stuff is puss that's collected on and mostly behind her tonsils. As bad as this sounds, if she's old enough (because you can't do it for her) get her to stand in front of a mirror, and stick her finger in her mouth to push on one of the tonsils. A minimal amount of pressure will push out the puss, and she can cough it out. If she can do that, it'll reduce the soreness significantly, by morning. Also, if she's old enough to gargle, give her a solution of warm salt water to gargle with. That will speed healing faster than anything else. If she's not old enough to gargle, you really want to get her to a doctor, immediately. She needs Rx medicine. |

You can use a throat spray, if she is old enough, to get her through the night but she really needs a doctor. Follow directions and age limits on the bottle. The white spots are classic strep signs so get her to a doctor as soon as you can to keep her from getting worse. |

No. You need to take her to the doc and have her tested for strep throat. If strep is not treated, it can lead to heart valve problems.
If you can't afford a doctor, call your local health department. The government offers a medical plan for children of parents who don't make a lot of money. |

Go to the doctor and get antobiotics right away. It's not good to let an infection go on. In the mean time gargle with salt water. |

She could have strep throat. You need to take her to a doctor. This is a classic symptom. (even if she is not having pain). |

If she has white spots on her tonsils, she needs to see a doctor. It might just be tonsilitis, but strep throat needs to be ruled out because it can do damage to vital organs if untreated. |
