What causes slow healing skin?
My skin takes forever to heal, even while applying topical creams etc, how can I improve the healing time of my skin? I already drink plenty of water (I've had small bites on my arm which have still not healed in 3 weeks, you can still see cuts and scabs that I have had on my skin for months after even though they haven't scarred)

A lot of the time it's a vitamin deficiency. Try and eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and consider taking a daily multivitamin. I've had the same problem in the past, and taking a multivitamin has really helped me.
