Do not drastically reduce your weight. It is not good for your health especially to your heart. Maximum you can reduce your weight 2 kilograms per month. That is ideal

10 pounds in 2.5 weeks is pretty good. I'd stick with Weight Watchers

Yes, its called the "curves diet". You have to buy the book. I have lost 53 pounds on it in less than 6 months. But its also healthy!
