Probably a sty.
They usually go away with keeping your hands and face clean and not trying to aggravate it any.
They also make eye ointment especially for those. (Over the counter....)

Maybe an infected or blocked tear duct, that has happened to me before, and it went away in just a few days...try not to touch it, or rub it or anything, and if it gets worse, go see a doctor.

probably a sty (spelling)... i forget how you get them or why... but if it's like right where your eye lids meet your eye it's probably a sty... see an eye doctor i'd say to make sure it's not an infection or something...

It depends on the actual location (on the eye lid, underneath the eye lid in the moist portion or more on your upper cheek).
If it is on the skin of the eye lid, it could be a a hordeolum or a chalazion (both of which can be called in everyday terms as a "sty"). Hordeolums can be produced by a blocked meibomian gland which is a sebaceous/oil gland within our eye lids. These tend to be inflamed and painful. A chalazion is a non-inflamed (not painful) lid mass from a previous hordeolum.
If it is on the skin of the upper cheek, it can be dyshidrotic eczema. These are usually fluid filled vesicles which often appear on fingers and rarely on the face. Herpes will also manifest as vesicles, but it is usually associated with redenning of the surrounding skin and can be itchy or painful.
Finally if it is under the lid on the moist part, it might be a conjunctival cyst.
Either way, you should see an ophthalmologist or a doctor at the very least so he can treat you or refer you out to another physician for the best possible care.
