sunshine	First off, you're 14, and unless you are sexually active, I doubt very seriously that it's an STD. Second off, you're parent and family physician would be better sources for information than an open forum. I know that growing up and going through puberty is frightening, but unless you are in pain, I doubt it's anything serious; however, they could monitor your urination patterns and go from there to find out if the "sticky white stuff" is post-ejaculate or something else.
