Or maybe she was just curious about the possible outcomes of unprotected sex. Women do that thing called research, unlike dudes. You may want to tell your friend birth control isnt 100% though. 2 months isnt long enough to stop using protection in my opinion. 2 years maybe, when any doubt of the other screwing around and picking up something is gone.

Ya I would tell him, you may be potentially savin his lil man from gross *ss herpies! He should also dump her because she obviously can't be honest with him. He should have been smart to begin with and used a condom like oyu suggested...he must be really young or just really stupid....

You already told him to have protected sex, unfortunately many young men have an invincibility complex when it comes to sex. You can keep telling him it is stupid to have sex when it isn't protected, but telling him you were snooping, is out of the question.
You already warned him, now it is his choice as to whether he listens.

I wouldn't say anything to him. If he's old enough to be making choices of having sex without a condom, then he's old enough to live with the consequences of his decisions. And anyway herpes and other STD aren't the end of the world, there are plenty of people with STDs that still have great relationships and a great sex life. AIDS is the only big concern because once you have that, there is no coming back.

If there is a way to really drive it home without telling him, that would be best. However...if it were me, I would want to know.
It's possible she was looking up information because she thought her bf/your cousin gave her something, not because she had it originally herself.

You have to think about it if the situation was switched. Would you want someone to tell you if they could possibly have herpies?

tell him tell him tell him!!!
seriously this mistake is made too often, the importance of STD's are overlooked. Your cousin should appreciate it a whole lot more, after all if it saves him getting an STD it can save his chances for future relationships or even to the extreme of saving his life.
It's all about how you tell him, and prepare for him to be angry with you at first but you must take this for his sake.

Normally I'm a "mind your own business" type of person but in this instance I think it's best if you tell him. If it's not too late you might be able to save him from something that will forever affect his life in a very negative way. If he gets angry then so be it but at least you'll know that you did the right thing and tried to help.
Also, no one looks at pictures of that stuff unless they are worried they have something. It doesn't make for pleasant web browsing. I can't believe someone actually said here that she's researching this just because.
