I just started taking slimquick. I love it so far. I lost 3 pounds in one week and I didn't even work out that week. When I purchased it from GNC, the guy told me that there is a woman who keeps coming back for more of it. She has lost over 40 pounds on Slimquick, and she lost the first 10 without working out. It really helps curb your appetite and cravings for snacks. I always tend to eat when I'm stressed, and since I started taking it, I haven't had that problem as much.

None really work. Read the labels...they ALL say the same thing. Something along the lines of "if you take this pill with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise, you MAY lose weight." Even the so-called natural ones carry dangers with them that are not worth it. There's only one safe way to lose weight effectively, and that is to eat a LITTLE less (by 200-400 calories) than the amount of calories you need to use in a day. If you eat too much less, you body goes into fat storage mode, and your attempts at starving yourself will backfire, as you will get fat quickly again when you start eating again. Go to the site below to get info on how many calories you need in a day. You can enter your personal information and get a free report. Go to weight watchers if you really want an effective way to lose weight and keep it off.

yes, I've taken phentermine 37.5mg. While taking the pills I also joined a gym, still going 3-5 days a week. I've lost a total of 50lbs and went from a size 14 womens to a size 1 jr. I would say talk to your dr first determine how much you need to loose, see a personal trainer, and join a gym, as well as any pill you take. The pill will help you loose the weight, but you have to keep it off.

i have never taken any pills in terms of diet pills. may be it has worked for others ;i doubt it will work in long term. i do put on weight -it is a good sign beacuse healthy people put on weight. if you are sick you will lose weight, believe me you will feel frighten when you start losing weight, hair and teeth.... but hi, the secret is do not eat too much AND only eat when you are hungry. I am not sure whether each time you aet you must count the 'k'- what a hassle! who invented the Kalorie concept? someone who wrote diet book did that? food is created for us to eat, eat with gratitude. i was size 12 and close to 14 after my pregnancy but i am 10 amd possibly 8. i was 6 for along time. even these attributes do not last. so do not fret- work on these simple principles- i think it will work for you! it did for me. philo

don't even go there. Taking diet pills will not change your eating habits so when you stop taking them your eating will return back to normal and more than likely you will end up putting extra weight on. I know it sounds boring but just eat a healthy balanced diet and exercise and the weight is guarenteed to come off... and stay off.

Diet pills don't work,if they did no one would be battling w/ obesity.
