Tinnitus, is a ringing, swishing, or other type of noise that originate in the ear or head. Most of us will experience tinnitus or sounds in the ears at some time or another.
Steps
- Avoid excessive loud noise. The human ear should not be exposed to over 100 db of sound for more than 1 hour.
- When going to a concert or club use ear plugs.
- While sleeping use a white noise generator. This helps to mask the buzzing sound. Constantly doing this will help your brain mask the sound so it doesn't effect you as much
Tips
- Curing tinnitus takes patience. Make sure to continually do the third step to experience results.
Warnings
- Be careful with earphones. Don't listen to music to for extended periods of time. For every hour you listen to music take a 20 minute break.
