okay, I have to drive home which is a 11 hour trip. What do I need to do in order to minimize bathroom breaks? I will watch my sugar and water intake, but I need to drink coffee to stay alert. Try hot green tea and a nap some where, you should not try to drive 11 hrs without a break. If your feet and legs bother you. start taking Alpha Lipoic Acid. It is a cell rejuvenating antioxidant that I have used for years. It will ease the pain and numbness you feel. The container says two soft jells but I take four to six. Sun Harvest has them but I like GNC brand better, easy to swallow. hope this helps.

Caffeine makes you need to go to the bathroom so it will dehydrate you. Just factor in some bathroom breaks and maybe even a nap so that you're not tired.
