 What is my body-shape?
These are my measurements:

Bust: 34 inches
Waist: 24 inches
Hips: 34 inches

I'm guessing hour-glass but I'm not sure....

get in the habbit of drinking diet coke, water or chewing gum whenever you feel hungry


Ironically, you not eating can cause you to be gaining weight casue the second you eat again you will put all the weight back on, besides it is not healthy to not eat. You should eat 5-8 small meals per day and drink lots of water.

Hunger Pains are a sign that your body needs to do about 100 crunches. Rest fifteen minutes. If the pains return, do 100 more. Repeat the foregoing as needed until your next meal-time.

Little and often - metabolism will soon sort its' self out and the hunger pains will go away.

Also, bloat out on water.

Clean your teeth.... then take your mind off it by distracting yourself.....

Or try strong black coffee....

Or allow yourself to eat! Things like carrot sticks that you have to chew a lot, make your jaw work!

Some people chew gum... can't abide it myself!

You eat. If you are hungry, you eat something.

If you dont want to continually snack on bad things, then pick up some fruit or something healthy.

Drink lots of water.
Eat celery (zero calories)

Start in the morning by drinking a glass of water with lemon in it, that will tell your stomach what is wants to hear, it has fuel. Keep a bottle of water by your side all day and drink it frequently but not a lot all at once. If you still have hunger pains try nibbling on crackers or something small to satisfy your tummy.
