Why arent my toenails and fingernails growing?
So, ive realized my nails havent been growing for the past two months. o.O i havent cut them in a pretty long time . Also, my bowel movement isnt going great. Any suggestions as to why these symptoms are occuring?
Get your stool examined/tested in a pathological laboratory.

Nails grow from protien so u probably need more protien in diet, and a daily multi vitamin should be good to take too.
