Not recommended if you're producing a lot of mucus. Milk thickens your mucus and can interfere with your productive coughs. If calcium is an issue, go with calcium supplements until your condtion is better.

I don't see why not. I ate and drank normally to the extent that I could when I had pneumonia...
Unless they are lactose intolerant or theres a conflict with a medication...I don't imagine it to be an issue.

I say no because it helps produce phlem and thats the last thing you want when you have pneumonia.
