Why do my hands hurt so bad?
It is winter here and My feet and hands and hips always hurt but this last month they have been unbearably painful expecially my hands it hurts to do anything dishes brush my hair ect... What is happening I am tired of being in pain I cant let my kids see me but I sure feel like going in my room and crying so much pain.
Your feet and hip pains can be caused by tight muscles in your lower back pressing onto the nerves going to those areas. Tight muscles in your upper back can cause pressure on nerves going to your hands as well so freeing up your back muscles may give you relief in all these areas. Here's how to free up your back muscles to get rid of the pains:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
