Why do my feet hurt and how can i stop this intense pain?
Just recently I have been having really bad foot pains. Both of my feet feel really sore on the inner bottom side of my foot arch. Every so often one of my feet will literally lock up and i can not move it... but my feet only start hurting when i am laying or sitting down... the pain hurts so bad, i just have to rub my foot until it goes away but it leaves me in tears, and i have a high tolerance of pain if that helps. I always walk on my tiptoes when not wearing shoes, and my toes can pop multiple time just by moving them, it has been like this for years... some times the pain goes away when i try moving my feet but other times like i said they lock up....im not over the age 20 if that matters... please help i cannot deal with this much longer and i really cannot afford to go to the doctor...

I can think of two things:
Charley horse (toe cramps) and plantar faciatis.
If it is toe cramps, the remedy is fairly simple: drink more water and milk, and eat a banana every day. The cramps are being caused by an imbalance of your blood's chemistry-- your potassium and calcium levels are not balanced. The milk and bananas will help balance them and the water will help wash away the toxins plus help with the imbalance. Toe cramps usually come on at night when your toes are pointed away (relaxed.) The weight of your blanket or covers could contribute.

If it is plantar faciatis, then you are probably going to need to see a doctor. You may need a cast to help keep the plantar faciatis (the tendon that helps you point and flex your toes-- it runs down the bottom of your foot) or wear a special tension 'boot' that keeps your foot straight at night. You may also need orthotics (spongey supports that go inside your shoes.)
