You have pinched muscles in your back causing that pain for back muscles will often send pains on your nerves around your body to end up as side or front pains as well. To get rid of these pains you have to free up the muscles in your back and here's how to do that: Back: (do from a sitting position) Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

You have what is called acute back pain. Sleeping wrong or trying to move the suddenly immovable can cause this pain that afflicts 4 out of every 5 people in the U.S. Cure: 1. Sleep a. on your back with a thin pillow under your head and a medium pillow under your legs below the kness to rest the lower back muscles b. on your side with a pillow between your legs to prevent your hips from twisting and messing up your natural alignment; pillow under your head big enough to keep your head, neck, and spine aligned straight to promote balace and prevent pain the next day. 2. Treatment a. lay on your back on a soft, flat surface like carpet for 15 minutes on the morning and in the evening b. massage therapy on and around irritation area 3. See a chiropractor for treatment and advice on how to further change your lifestyle to fix your back

Pain on the right side can be a sign of appendicitis, and you wouldn't necessarily have a fever with that, either. Pain on one side of the back/abdomen can also be caused by kidney stones. An infection in the kidney can also cause pain like that, but those usually start with a UTI/bladder infection, so if you have not had those symptoms (burning and pain with urination, having to urinate frequently). Kidney stones may or may not cause there to be blood in the urine. It is a good idea to have this checked out, the sooner the better. If it is one of those things, there will need to be an intervention of some sort (and surgery if it's your appendix). Much better to be safe than sorry, because the longer you wait in both those cases, the worse the outcome (you do NOT want to have your appendix rupture). Head to the ER.
