I can't put my knee straight and it hurts!! Please help me..?
Over a year ago I was walking normally when all of a sudden my knee just got locked and I couldn't put it straight.. It went back to normal over a few days but I still went to the doctor, He checked me but said that I looked completely fine. So I thought that was oveer. This morning I woke up and my Knee was locked again, last night it wasn't like that, and I haven't done any exercise either lately. My knee can be completely bend without pain and I can move it normally and it doesn't hurt either. However when I try to put it straight It wont let me, It's not much thought.. I can put it 95% straight, but not completely.. And if I apply force to it, It hurts a lot. I can also see a little inflammation in that knee. Can someone tell me why is this produced and how can I cure it?? It's getting annoying, especially because I have to bend my knee while standing up. Any information you guys could give me would be useful. By the way, I'm obviously going to visit the doctor. I just want to know why this happens. Thank you

Its your meniscus in your knee you have a tear in the cartilage most likely a horizontal tear. I have had 3 knee scopes this year this is what happens when your meniscus tears it sometimes gets in the way from flexing your knee all the way its very common. I suggest you go to an orthopedic and get mri only way you can tell for sure but im 100% positive that's what it is its happen to me 1000 times before it got to bad and had to have surgery so good luck and hoped this helped..
